Ingredients: Coconut Oil, Shea Butter, Beeswax, Peppermint Oil, Bergamot Oil, Rosehip Oil, and Vitamin E Oil. 

Directions: Remove the lid and gently push the lip balm up from the cardboard tray at the bottom of tube and apply it to your lips. If you accidentally push too hard and allow more product out than required you can push it back down by pressing with your lips till it is low again.
