Shipping Policy:
Orders placed during business hours, Monday - Friday 9 am - 6 pm EST, will go out within 3 business days.
WE CANNOT MODIFY ORDERS ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN PLACED. PLEASE ORDER CAREFULLY!!!
Delivery times* vary but you can expect your order within 4-7 business days after it has shipped.

Shipping is paid for by the customer for orders under $100.
*Please note: Carrier delivery times are impacted by increased volumes due to the holidays and COVID-19. Please be patient we are not Amazon.
Return/Exchange Policy:
We are a very small business so all sales are final.
We will allow return exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
If you feel there is an issue with your product which warrants a return exception please reach out to us by email here.
If we decide you may make a return exception you will receive it in the form of a store credit once the product has been returned.
Product exchanges can be made on a case-by-case basis ONLY on unopened product in its original condition and packaging. Please contact us here to request an exchange.
International Orders:
Apologies, due to inflation and the rising cost of shipping we cannot ship internationally at this time. We are looking into opening shipping to Canada and Mexico in the near future.
